Great store. Mike and Adam very helpful and informative with MTG cards. Highly recommend.
They have a huge selection of comics, games and collectibles. They have everything from Pokemon cards to statues to retro games and systems. We spent at least an hour there and probably didn't see everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got some comic books on our first trip will and definitely will be back to check out new arrivals regularly!
I've been going there for over 10 years now off and on (since I don't really collect comic books that much anymore) and the staff has always been ok to me. Upon my most recent visit I did notice that they added a huge dog behind the register, which is a put off to me. Not everyone likes huge animals and some people have allergies. The comic book guy was cool and the register woman was ok, but I noticed they don't say "thanks" at checkout whenever I make a purchase, as if they're doing me a favor. Don't care for that. I've worked many retail jobs and I know It's just a minor curtesy, but it goes a long way to improving the shopping experience. Other than that, it's a cool place to get your comics. And yes I've traded there before and I didn't feel ripped off, so that's cool. The new layout is nice too.
I live in Idaho and wanted to send my son here to get comic books. Called to place an order for him to pick up since he lives in New Braunfels Completely willing to pay. Called and was pretty much told we don't do that because of fraud. Would rather turn away business than listen. Not interested in helping. Gladly taking my business elsewhere.
For comic book and fantasy lovers ,this store is amazing. I bought Lucille for my granddaughter who is a walking dead fanatic. They have books, games and accessories. They also have statues and shirts. The staff is courteous and helpful.
