This place doesn't even rate the one star. My daughter and boyfriend rented a car here, mistake. They both have their own car insurance, but through different companies. When the rental guy found that out, he said he would have to put a $2000 hold on my daughters credit card. She said no. He then told them the only way they could get the car was to buy the supplemental insurance. My daughter knew they didn't need it but ended up being forced to buy it or not get a car. After we found out what happened, my husband called this enterprise location and spoke to an assistant manager. That manager claimed she had no idea what the whole $2000 hold thing was about. She said the insurance would be removed if my daughter returned to the location and talked to them. Obviously she must have noted this was a one way rental; my daughter was well on her way to San Diego at that point and wasn't able to spend a day back-tracking to return to Universal City. Car rental places have a bad reputation for this very reason, they lie to take advantage of people. They made my daughters first car rental experience a bad one
This was the second time I rented a car form this Enterprise location. Everything was smooth and quick. Staff was very helpful and offered me a free upgrade to a minivan, which was great because I was taking my daughter and all her stuff to college!
I needed a car for a week to drive from Texas to Michigan and back. I booked it on-line and had made a change to the initial reservation. The change, which was an earlier pick-up time, did not show up on the computer at the store. But the employees were more than willing to accommodate me. If you plan on using a debit card, even if it has a VISA or MasterCard logo, be prepared for extra paperwork. You may want to call ahead. All in all a good experience.
Great customer service! The Altima I rented gave exceptional gas mileage and safety features. Having the assurance I would be safe in my travels helped remove a great deal of stress during a very difficult time for my family. Thank you Enterprise.
