The service was great. I am Active Duty Air Force, stationed in Virginia and this past week at work was so busy, it slipped my mind to get my mom something for Mother's Day. Karen's House was the closest florist to my mom so I called them and asked for something purple for my mom. Hours later my mom texts me saying thank you for her flowers and she loves them. Thank you again!!
When my mother passed away I called on Karen's House of Flowers in Converse. Karen explained to me that she had to relocate because of road expansion on S. Seguin Rd.
I went in because of a referral and that was the 19th of September and they took down my information to send me pricing. The lady was very informative about the flowers for my wedding bouquet and what I was looking for, but as of today October 6th I haven't heard from them. I called the next week on a Friday after I went in and was told they have been busy with funeral requests. I understand the business but still no call or email regarding my request. I wish nothing but continued success for Mrs. Karen.
Birthday 2016 my tulips were wilted, hanging over the vase like fish hooks. The vase was half the size advertised and they were crammed into the vase. This year more wilted flowers. Karen uses fake addresses. For my order, we wanted a Converse florist. Karen claimed to be in converse and her card listed a vacant Converse lot. Not honest, they take no pride in their work.
She gave me her new address at 1632 Pat Booker Rd., Universal City, TX. Which was only 1 mile from her shop in Converse. I'm so glad I decided to use Karen's House Of Flowers because the casket peace and sprays that I ordered was just beautiful and amazing. My family was very pleased and anytime we need floral work done we will call on Karen.
