The staff is friendly and helpful. Clean facility I love it.
It's nice but the whole no grunting really needs to change because that's the energy that people need to get a good workout honestly!! Silence makes me feel weird and my husband says it makes him feel not into his workout..
Great starter Gym for our Son!!! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming!
I was in town for a couple of days. Great place for a workout for a reasonable price. Was able to use facility with black card with no problems. The place was clean and well kept.
It has the basics to get in a decent work out. Downside is they have not updated their weight equipment since opening. It is open 24hrs 7days a week
