Great experience, highly recomment! We brought our newly rescued dog, Lexi, in for her second check up and vaccine updates- great experience as a client and for Lexi! Lexi is a nervous border collie mix who is a bit anxious- the staff worked really hard to acclimate her to her unfamiliar surroundings, providing constant encouragement and rewards. The veterinary technicians were very well trained and the front desk staff was likewise excellent. Doctor Hooper was great at communicating and making Lexi (and us!) feel at home. Great experience!

I just moved to San Antonio, and a coworker recommended this place when my dogs eye swelled up really bad, and they were absolutely amazing! Everyone is very nice and helpful! Doctor Griffith is absolutely amazing! She's very eager to help your pet, and is always great at communicating everything you need to do as the owner, as well as explaining medications, or which road you can take to help your pet. She always calls you back personally if you have any follow up questions, and never makes you feel like your questions are a bother, she's absolutely amazing!! The technician Erica is also amazing!! She was very helpful and great at keeping my pet calm, and is very knowledgeable about medications and care! We will continue to use Kitty Hawk Animal Hospital!
I had just relocated to the area when I had to make the difficult decision to put my 21 year old cat down. I really appreciated how kind and compassionate they were, and how they helped me through this sad time with dignity and love.
Kitty Hawk Animal Hospital is one of the best places by far in my opinion. I have been taking my husky here since he was just a pup. They offer puppy vaccine packages...they have training and boarding as well. As we all know emergencies happen with our fur babies and I never have a issue coming in and having to wait for extended periods of time. I have had my pups neuter done here and they call and check up on him. Their staff is phenomenal and caring. My pup loves to see all the ladies and get pets and treats. If you are considering coming in please do..you will not be disappointed.
