I came in on Saturday morning with 2 boxes to ship. Both the man and woman working were very nice, greeted me and answered my question on labels and offered a sharpie. When I went to check out the man helped me, apologized for the wait (which wasn't very long) and explained the shipping methods and costs. I had even misplaced the to and from on the box (brain fart!), he laughed with me and didn't make me feel dumb. It was overall a nice experience for my first time, completely different attitudes than at the Cibolo office! Wish I had gotten their names!

Visited on 5/22/2017 as I have always done for over a decade. I needed to return equipment and a book for school purposes. As soon as I approached the counter I was rudely ask if I had tape ??? because the POST OFFICE didn't have tape.
Been here few times and staff are always very helpful and polite. Love to be local.
