This place is not a secure place. There are no surveillance cameras along the rental isles. Your units are open to criminal activity because criminals know that information. A family member was a victim of robbery to his unit. There was no video surveillance to capture the perpetrators. The company has surveillance cameras only to the office and entry point. Their surveillance also only has a 7 day memory. After 7 days, it deletes all video and thereof any criminal activity. From that, you do not have any chance to a case, or identifying the criminals. I also found out from the office, is that Universal City Police do not bother reviewing video concerning theft. So, that right there let's you know that this place is Highly not recommended.

The storage was fine, and a good place to go while in the process of moving.
It's not a hard place to find for one. The Staff is very helpful and professional.
Lupe & Bruce were so sweet to me and my sister with our move from Mississippi. We are the only ones moving and they offered us water and made us feel really comfortable. Thanks For EVERYTHING.
